Statutes of the foundation
The founding document setting out mission, governance, finance and ethical standards.
Impact & accountability
Donors deserve to know what happened to their money. We are building the systems, reports and documents that make that possible.
Our standard
Every expense is supported by records, and targeted grants are kept separately where required.
Administrative costs must be reasonable, justified and transparent.
An independent audit is commissioned where required by law, grant conditions or the board.
Donors receive reports on the use of their contribution in line with their agreements.
Reporting
Annual reports, programme updates and financial summaries will be published here as they are approved. Until then, this page explains the standards we apply.
