What we do

Practical help, delivered with dignity.

We focus on the needs that change a family's day — and the partnerships that change a community's future.

Our programmes are built around confirmed needs and delivered with local partners. We keep administrative costs proportionate, document spending, and protect the privacy and dignity of the people we serve.

01

Emergency humanitarian aid

Food, clothing, hygiene and essentials for families facing the sharpest need.

When a household loses its home, its income or its sense of safety, the first response is practical. We support food parcels, clothing, hygiene kits, bedding and other essentials, prioritising families with children, older people and people with disabilities.

Across every programme

Families in frontline and recently de-occupied areas, displaced households, and people living in temporary accommodation.

  • Food and hygiene parcels
  • Seasonal clothing and bedding
  • Essential household items
  • Targeted support after displacement
02

Children & youth

Education, safe spaces and long-term support for children growing up in wartime.

War takes childhood twice: first through fear, then through lost years of school. We support educational initiatives, safe spaces, mentoring and social adaptation, and we highlight the stories of young people rebuilding their lives with courage.

Across every programme

Children and young people affected by war, including orphans, children in foster care and students from vulnerable families.

  • Educational and after-school initiatives
  • Safe spaces and social activities
  • Mentoring and social adaptation
  • Student support through trusted partners
03

Psychosocial support

Information, counselling and respectful referral to qualified specialists.

Emotional recovery is not a luxury. We help people understand what support exists, connect them with qualified professionals, and support community-based activities that reduce isolation and restore a sense of normal life.

Across every programme

Displaced people, children, older people, veterans and families grieving loss.

  • Information on available services
  • Referral to qualified psychologists
  • Community activities and peer support
  • Support for families and caregivers
04

Displaced families

Adaptation, access to services, education and pathways to work.

Displacement uproots more than a home. We help families navigate social services, find learning opportunities, and take the first steps towards stable work and a new community.

Across every programme

Internally displaced people, refugees and families hosting relatives from affected areas.

  • Help navigating social services
  • Education and language support
  • Employability and skills pathways
  • Practical integration support
05

Community recovery

Local social projects, public spaces and initiatives that help communities stand again.

Recovery is built locally. We support community-led projects, social spaces and the practical reconstruction of community life — always within legal programmes and in partnership with local organisations.

Across every programme

Local communities, civil society organisations, schools and social institutions.

  • Community-led social projects
  • Safe public and social spaces
  • Support for local institutions
  • Partnerships with municipal and civil society actors
06

International cooperation

Joint projects with foundations, institutions and international partners.

No organisation can meet this need alone. We build partnerships with European and international donors, foundations, public institutions and local organisations to share resources, expertise and responsibility.

Across every programme

Institutional donors, foundations, companies, municipalities and civil society partners.

  • Co-funded humanitarian projects
  • Knowledge and expertise exchange
  • Partnerships with European institutions
  • Transparent reporting to donors

Across every programme

The safeguards that travel with the aid.

01

Safeguarding

Special measures for children and vulnerable people, safe recruitment and a clear complaints route.

02

Data protection

Personal data collected only where necessary, protected under applicable law including GDPR.

03

Local partnership

Work delivered with organisations that know the community and can stay after the project ends.
